Frequently asked questions
How do you verify a unit?
An agent calls the owner, confirms the details, price and availability, and reviews the photos before a unit goes live. We re-verify units regularly.
Can I contact the owner directly?
No. For everyone's privacy, all contact goes through your Daro agent. You see the district, never the exact address, until a viewing is confirmed.
What does "cash now" mean?
On resale units with installments, it is what you pay today: what the owner has already paid plus the over (premium). The remaining installments continue on the original schedule.
Can I list my own unit?
Yes. Create an owner or broker account and add your unit with photos. One of our agents will call you to verify it.
Do you cover areas other than Madinaty?
Madinaty first. Other cities will follow.
Do you offer services like moving and cleaning?
Yes. Request furniture moving, cleaning, assembly and maintenance from the services page, and we call to confirm the price and time.
Is Daro part of Talaat Moustafa Group?
No. Daro is an independent, agent-managed property platform. We use the Madinaty and Group names only to describe the place.
